Our next dinner fundraiser is on Monday, January 27 at Ono Hawaiian BBQ from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The restaurant will donate 30 percent of the subtotal proceeds to our school. You must turn in receipts to receive credit toward the annual $500 fundraising. We look forward to seeing you there!
There is no school on Monday, February 17 in observance of Presidents Day. Enjoy your long weekend!
Contribution of Doughnuts for Open House
Our open house is an opportunity for our entire parish community to celebrate the gift of Catholic education at our school. We ask each family in 1st through 7th grades to please bring one dozen doughnuts or muffins on Sunday, January 26 before the 10:30 a.m. Mass to share with our parishioners, families who have an interest in our school, guests, and school community. You can drop off the doughnuts at our school office so our PTG board can prepare our refreshments for open house. Thank you so much for your generosity and hospitality!
Kindergarten and New Student Testing
Kindergarten testing will take place on Saturday, February 8. New student testing will be on Wednesday, February 5. Please be sure to turn in applications for siblings or family members, and notify any friends who may have an interest in attending St. Bede Catholic School for the 2020–2021 school year. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Sylvia Feliciano or Ninfa Galindo-Trantina. They will gladly help to schedule a tour of our school!
Someone Special Day
Catholic School’s Week is almost here! This year we are planning something a little different to recognize our guests for Someone Special Day on Tuesday, January 28. It will be a morning event with mass following at 9:30 a.m. We encourage the someone special guests to attend mass with their student. Each teacher will soon be sending home a flyer with information for this very special day. Please be on the lookout for that flyer.
